grew up down the shore here in Margate NJ. She spent all of her youth in local dance schools owned by some of the best teachers; Ms Patti Harris with the Atlantic City Dance Theater, and Lucille Parker with the Tony Grant studio. Having been an aerobic/spinning/kickboxing gym fanatic for years, she fell upon her first yoga class and was hooked.  Her yoga journey began in 2009 with  her first 280 RYT (2011) at the Barkan Method in Ft Lauderdale With Jimmy Barkan, creator of the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga. Still yearning for more, she completed an additional 200 RYT here with Arianne Green in Vinyasa Flow.    She enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her dogs most of all. She’s available for privates in the studio or on the beach. Groups, bridal parties, events welcomed.
