As a barre instructor, Carmen Conrad strives to combine passion and fun with hard work and focus on proper form!  Carmen has also completed certifications in Barre and Body Sculpt Through Focus Barre & Yoga & Barre Conditioning FT.  As a Barre instructor at various boutique gyms, she always enjoys sharing a good workout with her class participants while motivating them to meet their fitness goals. Carmen splits her time living in Phoenix Arizona where she loves and enjoys the outdoor active living and Margate NJ.  She  currently lives with her husband , 2 daughters and dog Quincy!
