The Evolution of Hot Yoga! Strengthen, detox, tone and open up with standing and seated poses, performed in a sequence, to stimulate and balance all 7 chakras. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed and reborn.

In this fluid practice students will synchronize breath with movement. This is helpful in awakening strength, energy, and flexibility and also creating a connection between mind, body and spirit.

Tune everything out so you can begin to tune in.

Think the traditional sequence of Bikram Yoga (26 & 2), with a modern day twist.
Increase your energy, awareness, concentration, strength and flexibility in this therapeutic practice designed to open, strengthen, and heal your body and mind. This practice is a set of postures taught with two specific breathing exercises.
You will leave feeling energized, refreshed, empowered, and ZEN AF.

Roll right outta bed onto your yoga mat and let the party continue! It’s SUNDAY FUNDAY! Detox the remnants from your Saturday night and leave feeling refreshed and ready for brunch.... Like a regular fluid practice, only turned up a notch or two. 😉

In this practice you will begin with 30 minutes of synchronizing breath with movement to awakening strength, energy, and flexibility. The last 30 minutes will be taken down a notch by stilling both the body and the mind in seated poses in order to create a connection between mind, body and spirit.

This new hybrid yoga and weight-training practice combines dynamic movements and static holds all with the added resistance of weights to give poses a muscle-carving and calorie-burning power! Whole body workout designed for all levels.

Strong is the new skinny. Urban Dictionary states that “Kapow” is a cry out of awesomeness, satisfaction or accomplishment.” You will be shouting “KAPOW” from the rooftops after you complete this badass full body workout. It will test the limits of your dynamic, static, and cardiovascular strength. Build strength by using your own body weight, develop core and body control, and build shoulder stability. After just a few of these classes, you’ll develop muscles you never thought you had, and be stronger than you ever were before!

This heart-pumping, non-stop dynamic flowing practice asks you to go ALL-OUT. Cardio elements are combined with focused muscle building exercises-all designed to push your body in order to maximize your gains.

No muscle gets left behind! In this full body conditioning class you will use mini resistance bands to effectively and efficiently sculpt, firm and tone your entire body. Class is broken down into 12 Tri-Set Intervals. All levels. *Weights are optional.

BARRE SCULPT

Challenge yourself with this fun and effective class specifically designed to sculpt and strengthen your body. With careful attention to form and technique you can expect to get an effective full body workout! 60 minutes of intensity that includes resistance and strength training using weights, & bands.

YOGA SCULPT

This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights and cardio exercises. Yoga Sculpt is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice.
