Pilates Sculpt: PILATES SCULPT is a creative high energy workout that will strengthen and tone your whole body and set your core on fire. This mat-based hybrid is curated to be a challenging advanced workout that leverages your own body weight to lengthen and tone muscles, while also building flexibility and improving posture. This class utilizes classical mat pilates movements, body weight exercises, light dumbbells with high repetitions, resistance bands, pilates ball and pilates circle. Lightly heated. 60 minutes. All-levels.

Turn up the heat and pulse to the beat in this upbeat mat pilates practice that is sure to leave no muscle left behind. Move through concentrated sequences to tone, sculpt, define and burn your entire body. This 60 minute practice uses wrist and ankle weights, barbells, resistance bands, sculpt balls and pilates rings in order to help you give it everything you’ve got. Leave feeling hot, but not bothered. 😉 Bring your wrist and ankle weights if you have them!

This FULL BODY, LOW-IMPACT class is a combination of Pilates and Functional Mobility Training designed to build strength and mobility, all while increasing your range of motion. This practice is a combination of efficient and effective pilates and mobility exercises designed to increase stability, flexibility, strength, and balance. The pilates portion is a unique blend of traditional Pilates that is intensified with the added dimension of weights, resistance bands and the wall, all which serves as both a resistance tool and a support mechanism to help you strengthen your core, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility.
Class is heated and you will sweat, a lot. You are welcome to bring your own wrist/ankle weights and therabands. Also, please bring a pair of socks.

Burn fat-burning and boost your energy! This heated practice combines heart-pumping cardio exercises with targeted core workouts, sculpting your abs and improving coordination and muscle endurance. You'll use a variety of equipment, including weights and props, to enhance strength and balance, leaving you feeling stronger and more confident. All-levels.

No muscle gets left behind! In this 60 minute, full body conditioning class you will use resistance bands to effectively and efficiently sculpt, firm and tone your entire body. Class is broken down into 12 Tri-Set Intervals. You cannot imagine the sweat you will produce while using the muscles you never knew you had.

With careful attention to form and technique you can expect to get an effective full body workout! 60 minutes of intensity that includes resistance and strength training using weights, & bands.
