"Life changing, pure and simple. This certification was so much more than just ‘learning how to teach yoga’. I connected with my wonderful teacher Ari Green, fellow trainees, and most importantly with myself. I gained a deeper understanding of what ‘yoga’ really is. Yoga is so much more than a physical practice. It’s a personal endeavor that helps strengthen character and sew together one’s mind, physical body, and heart. I am forever grateful for this magical journey." -Rebecca Seidenberg

"Teacher training at The Zen Den was truly a life changing experience for me. Ari's attention to detail and patience with teaching makes it accessible for even the busiest people to learn. Teacher training took my practice to a whole new level all while having a blast. I would do it all over again and again!"- Jaime Kravitz

"I joined Yoga Teacher Training with a couple of personal goals and expectations for my practice. I figured that by the end of our summer, I would finally go up into handstand, float back from crow into chatturanga, and hold a better, longer plank. When I look back on my time as a teacher trainee, my physical gains pale in comparison to what I gained off the mat. I developed a meditation practice, found control in my body, and realized what held me back in my poses was not a lack of strength but an excess of fear. I never imagined that a yoga teacher training program would give me the confidence to speak in front of a group of people or the empowerment to stand up for myself; the lessons learned on the mat translate into everyday situations. The best present I ever gave myself was the gift of Yoga Teacher Training."- Elyssa Brezel

"I will forever feel like the luckiest girl in the world for being able to do my yoga teacher training at the Zen Den. The two months I spent there saved me and changed me in every way that a person wants to be saved and changed. I am so thankful for having Ari as my teacher because I have learned so much from her fun, energetic, innovative teaching style. I have a little piece of her in me every single time I teach and I couldn't ask for anything more than that."- April Tamburo

"I happened to stumble upon the Zen Den through word of mouth and decided to dedicate 200 hours last summer to what I thought would be a deepening of my personal yoga practice. Ari’s instruction and guidance was both soulful and insightful, and it turned out to be so much more than I ever could have imagined. I not only took away a deeper understanding of yoga, but also about myself. Teacher training at the Zen Den was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I would definitely encourage anyone (regardless of age or experience level) to invest the time into this rewarding experience."- Danielle March

"In 2010, after 30 plus years of running competitively I decided to devote myself exclusively to a yoga practice at the Zen Den. So in 2013 when Ari challenged me to join the initial Zen Den Teacher Training I did so with the mindset of furthering my own practice. I have always remembered what legendary Coach John Wooden said, “ if you don’t have the time to do it right, when will you have the time to do it over?” I knew Ari would get it right but I had no idea that she would lead us into a never ending journey of excellence that continues to rise each and every day! Simply put, The Zen Den Teacher Training is where you will be challenged to the utmost and rewarded by being taught the best of the best. I am honored to have been Zen Den Trained and proud to be a selected Zen Den Yoga Instructor. Do it Right, Do it at The Den!" - Joe DiLorenzo

"Through teacher training, I was able to learn about yoga - the theory and the practice, how to be grounded and reach higher, what the asanas are and how the process of getting there is just as important as being there. But it was the connections made and life lessons learned that truly made the experience invaluable. The realization I can push myself and enjoy the journey whether on or off the mat." -Rebecca Bartuska

"Ari’s teacher training involved total immersion. If you are fortunate enough to take it, you will eat, sleep and breath yoga for the entire eight weeks. It left me both wanting to share with others what I learned and also wanting to learn more. It is so worth it if you are up for the challenge!" - Louisa Alber

"When I signed up for the teacher training last summer, I admit I was a little nervous. I didn’t know if I was going to be as good as the others, and I assumed I would be struggling to keep up. I decided to take a leap of faith and go for it. When I met Ari, and the girls who were taking the training with me, my attitude about the training immediately changed. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging, and I felt really comfortable there. We spent the summer growing together in our practices and learning about one another in new and fun ways. I never once felt intimidated, instead I felt like I could try anything in my practice, knowing that I wouldn’t be judged. Ari was an amazing and experienced teacher. You could tell that she cared about everyone in the teacher training, and that she wanted us to succeed! The teacher training taught me to be open and honest with myself on and off the mat. It helped me to grow in my practice while learning how to help others grow in theirs. Lastly, it allowed me to make new friends and share an amazing experience with them that I will cherish forever."- Karly Gagliardi

"It was very challenging for me, but I felt a great sense of achievement, I was tired but happy that I did it!!! You are a great teacher and the things that you've taught me gave a solid foundation for my own yoga teaching. While I am developing and teaching my own classes I still hear you voice, remember your words and cues. I can honestly say that your training had a positive impact on my life and I am very thankful for that." - Galania Beloglazova
