CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

*CAN OF WHOOP-ASANA (HIIT): Treat yourself to a healthy serving of whoop-ass. It’s fat-free. According to Urban Dictionary, "a can of whoopass- is a phrase used to indicate that the target is about to be introduced to a whole world of pain. Specifically, you, by opening this can, are going to unleash the power of whooping upon their sorry ass.” ;) This high-intensity practice combines strength training, cardio vascular development, and intense stretching. Not only does it help improve strength and flexibility, but also the ability for the body to burn fat. 60 minutes.

*Flow and Go - In this fluid practice students will synchronize breath with movement. This is helpful in awakening strength, energy, and flexibility and also creating a connection between mind, body and spirit. 60 minutes.

*Ka-POWER Hour (HIIT)- Where strong is the new skinny, and Navasana is the new child’s pose. This class is a full body workout. It will test the limits of your dynamic, static, and cardiovascular strength. Build strength by using your own body weight, develop core and body control, and build shoulder stability. After just a few of these classes, you’ll develop muscles you never thought you had, and be stronger than you ever were before! 60 minutes.

*Sweat- The Evolution of Hot Yoga! Strengthen, detox, tone and open up with standing and seated poses, performed in a sequence, to stimulate and balance all chakras. Practiced in a heated room. 90 minutes. *Sweat Express- 60-75 minutes.

*Super Soaker- A 60-minute sequenced heated practice to help you detox your body and unblock your chakras. You will leave feeling refreshed and reborn, and a little wet. ;) 60 minutes.

*Varsity Vinyasa- Starting with a little “Pep” talk, followed by fluid flowing and intelligent sequencing- all set to an uplifting playlist designed to help raise your spirit. This practice will inspire you to give it all you got. You will leave felling refreshed, stronger and ready to take on whatever the universe throws at you. 75 minutes.

*Barre- Integrating the fat burning format of interval training, the muscle technique of isometrics, and the elongating principals of dance conditioning,to create a revolutionary new workout practice that quickly and safely reshapes your entire body. STUDIO B- 60 minutes.

*Wake & Bake Rise and Shine Yogis- it’s SUNDAY FUNDAY! Like a regular fluid practice, only turned up a notch or two. ... Room is hotter, poses are harder, holds are longer and music is louder. You will leave feeling super chill but with a serious case of the munchies. ;) 60 minutes.

*Beach Yoga- Not much better than practicing yoga to the sound of the waves. Classes will meet on Washington Ave.
